Who we are
Westgate Property Solutions Limited (company number 15021235) is an electrical contractor based in Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire. As well as EICRs, our electricians carry out rewires, consumer unit upgrades, kitchen installations and general electrical work for homeowners, landlords and businesses across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. EICR Nottinghamshire is our dedicated testing service.
Our inspectors
Every EICR is carried out by one of our own Level 3 qualified electricians, never a sub-contractor. That means the person who inspects and tests your property is the person who signs the report and can answer questions about it afterwards. From 1 October 2026, everyone carrying out periodic inspection and testing must personally meet new competence requirements: a Level 3 inspection and testing qualification, two years' experience, and ongoing CPD. See the 2026 changes.
