What we need from you
- the property address and postcode
- the property type: rental, HMO, home you own, or commercial
- the number of bedrooms, or better still, the number of circuits on the consumer unit (a photo is ideal)
- for rentals, the tenant's contact details if you'd like us to arrange access
- any days or times that don't work
Getting an EICR quote
Flats and houses up to 18 circuits have fixed prices: £149, £179 or £229 including VAT. HMOs start from £249. For commercial premises, very large houses, or a portfolio of properties, call us or send the form with a few details and we will send you an EICR quote with a fixed price before you commit.
On the day
Someone needs to give us access to every room, the consumer unit, and any loft, garage or outbuilding with electrics. The power is off for parts of the test, which takes a few hours for most houses and flats. You receive the full written report by email, with a fixed-price quote for any remedial work.
